Glancing at ZigduinoRadio, it seems that there is no way to address a certain device - there is no parameter for the 16- or 64-bit address. Is it intended that every packet is received by every device on a channel?
So the XBee in AT mode makes it real easy to address a packet to a device … set the destination address and fire it off.
In looking at Zigduino Radio and uracoli, I don't see any way of designating a target device in the transmit functions - there is no target device address.
Does anyone know how XBee handles this? Do they do it in software, e.g. write the target address into the data packets and filter in software? I though 802.15.4 supported this natively.
