winavr 2010 zip - where?

My very first attempt using a Zigduino. I've been working with arduino for months and now got this board for a client's project.
I followed the manual to prepare the work environment, and in section 2.4 it says to "Upgrade your avr-gcc to version 4.3.3 or later and avr-libc to 1.6.7 or later. On Windows, you can do this by unzipping WinAVR-201001011 or later over the contents of your arduino-*/hardware/tools/avr directory."
Fair enough, but where can I get the updated winavr in a zip? I can only find the EXE installer - and if I install it into that Arduino folder, I suspect it will cause many unrelated problems…
